Medical appointments are given priority and may be reserved two weeks in advance Shopping and/or other trips (i.e. banking) may be reserved 24-48 hours in advance only To schedule a ride, participant must call Dial-a-Ride directly; any special needs, i.e. wheelchair, etc. should be requested at this time Service may be cancelled due to inclement weather
