ABOUT
Rocky Hill Mini-Buses provide curb-to-curb service for residents 60+ or with disabilities. Drivers assist with wheelchair lifts but not with steps or packages. Passengers must board independently or with a companion. Scooters must be secured, and riders must transfer to a seat. Home visits for transport assessment are available by request.

The mini-bus operates Monday thru Friday.
Reservations must be made one business day in advance between 8:30–10:30 a.m., Monday–Friday. Same-day service is only considered for medical appointments.
Have the doctor’s name, address, phone, and appointment time ready. You are responsible for providing correct information.
Mini-bus appointments run 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Call the number on your driver’s card for your ride home.
One round trip per day per client. No unscheduled stops unless approved by the Senior Services Director.
Trips to Hartford are medical appointments only on limited days.
