ABOUT
Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb service requiring passengers to independently enter and exit both the vehicle and their homes, or do so with their own escort. Drivers assist with wheelchair lifts and securement but do not enter homes. Motor scooter users must transfer to a seat. The service is not intended for emergency medical transportation.

The Dial-A-Ride office is open Monday through Friday, except statutory holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
Reservations are accepted until 3 p.m. the business day before travel, first-come, first-served, with priority for essential trips.
Priority destinations: medical appointments; Senior & Disabled Center programs; scheduled grocery trips; public service agencies; banking; personal business; scheduled shopping; recreation/social visits.
Please request pick-ups 30 minutes before your appointment. We will notify you if we cannot accommodate your trip.
